Starting after May 31, 2007, I will be offering outreach services (upon retiring end of May 2007 from active employment at ISGS) for geology and paleontology, and of course dinosaurs. I will come and talk to your group about dinosaurs or fossils or geology. Workshops for teachers/educational groups will also available on request. Note that these programs can be for all grades and skill levels. These talks, classes/workshops will be first available primarily in Illinois, and adjacent areas of Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, and Wisconsin but if you are willing to pay travel costs including air faire or other means I will consider other parts of the U.S. as time permits.
Field Programs Available: Other programs I am willing to offer include fossil collecting and/or geology field trips for groups to areas in midwest or western trips to look at geology of dinosaur areas (similar to my Dinosaurs of the Colorado Class offered in previous years)
If you are interested in such services feel free to contact me via my input form page. If you have questions about services, costs, or comments about this service feel free to also write me. Since this is a new service I am willing to offer there may be questions about the types of programs I might be able to offer, my rates and fees, please feel free to ask.
Finally with field work, dinosaur work in summer, family obligations I am in and out alot, especially in summer so if I do not get back to you for a bit it may be that I am gone. For programs in summer (when I do family trips and my dinosaur work out west) we will have to schedule around these other trips but especially for field programs I am always open to dates not already committed.
